Most features are free; some (currently on golf.willconia.com/trim and golfswing.willconia.com) offer optional paid tiers, described on those pages at time of purchase. There is no uptime or accuracy guarantee. Analysis results (e.g. golf swing head speed) are estimates and should not be relied on for professional, medical, or safety-critical decisions.
Payments & Refunds
Paid features are billed through Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's own terms in addition to these. Prices and refund eligibility are as stated on the purchase page at checkout; absent a stated policy, contact us at the email below and refund requests will be considered case by case.
Mobile Apps
The TV Remote Android app is sold and distributed through Google Play, not through this site. Purchases, refunds and billing for it are governed by Google Play's own terms and refund policy. The app is provided "as is": it controls televisions running Android TV or Google TV over a local network, and no compatibility is guaranteed with any particular device. Android TV and Google TV are trademarks of Google LLC; this site and its apps are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
Your Content
You retain ownership of anything you upload (videos, images). By uploading, you confirm you have the right to do so. Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have permission to use.
Third-Party API Keys
Some tools (e.g. the Rubik's Cube LLM Solver) let you supply your own API key for a third-party AI provider. You are responsible for complying with that provider's own terms of service and usage costs.
No Warranty / Limitation of Liability
This site is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site owner is not liable for any damages arising from use of the site or its tools.
